Mango, Asparagus & Avocado Salad

steak12 (1)Sweet mango, buttery avocado, tender asparagus spears.

Gently bathe the trio in a tart and sweet tasting mirin and add a pinch off chilli flakes.

You get this salad.

Salads are usually straightforward to make and a more healthier option to your meal but the healthiness really depends on what seasoning you opt for. I prefer salad dressings which are light and do not overpower the vegetables or fruits, but complement them instead. Mirin does this well.
